I entered the wrong address, can I cancel?
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment in exchange for a store credit. Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled.
I no longer wish to wait for a Pre-Order, can I cancel?
Pre-orders are subject to the processing time listed at the time of purchase. If you prefer not to wait, you may request an even exchange for an available item or cancel for a store credit.
I am not confident with my selection(s), can I cancel?
Changes within your order must be requested before shipment. Once an order has shipped, designs and variants cannot be changed.
